Judge Allows ‘No Poaching’ Lawsuit Against Google to Proceed

A California judge has denied a motion to dismiss a class action lawsuit from employees claiming that a group of high profile tech companies, including Google and Apple, conspired in a “no poaching” deal.

UK Reopens Google Street View Wi-Fi Investigation
